Fear often holds us back from achieving our goals, having important conversations, and having the life we have always wanted. Fear stops us from doing the things we know we need to do to be successful in our lives. Fear can keep us safe, but it can also keep us stuck. In this blog, I am sharing a simple technique with you called “Fear Setting”. This technique will assist you and help you to build an action plan to overcome your fears. Getting clarity on our fears is a critical step towards your success! Dealing with your fears means that you will be more productive because you will have the courage and confidence to do what you need to do to be successful. Moving onward despite fear is where you find your power and your freedom. It is important for you to tackle your fears so that you can get out of our own way and crush your goals.

Just for you, I have included seven questions that will help you create steps to move yourself forward even when you are feeling fearful.
