Here’s something wild: 95% of your daily actions are driven by your subconscious!
That means most of what you do isn’t a conscious choice—it’s habit, pattern, autopilot.
You set the best intentions—wake up early, eat better, spend less, feel better—but somehow, the same old habits sneak back in. It’s frustrating, right?
You know better, but something keeps pulling you back.
You’re Not Alone 🤗 ❤️
I’ve been there too.
I’d plan to get up early and crush my goals—but I’d stay up too late, and by morning? Snooze button wins again.
Coffee became my lifeline just to survive the day. Then at 3 AM, I’d be wide awake, wondering how I’d get through tomorrow… dragging myself like a zombie.
I’ve searched everywhere for my phone—only to find it in my hand.
Panicked about my car keys, hoping they weren’t in the freezer… or worse, in the pocket of my hoody that’s in the washing machine! I was so tired I might’ve just forgotten my own name 😂.
And yeah, I’ve made all kinds of excuses too…
Like promising myself I’d be wiser with my money… then pulling into Starbucks for a $10 latte, telling myself “I need it to be productive”—while knowing I had perfectly good coffee at home. ☺️
Or deciding to “eat clean,” only to end up at Save-On-Foods, scooping chocolate-covered jujubes out of the bulk bin like they were essentials 🤷♀️.
Can anyone relate?
What’s Really Going On?
These aren’t random slips—they’re deep subconscious patterns running the show.
I’ll say it again, up to 95% of your daily actions are driven by your subconscious.
Most of what you do is on autopilot. Your brain takes the easy route, defaulting to familiar habits—whether they help or not.
Where Do These Patterns Come From?
From childhood, your brain soaked up everything—good, bad, or confusing.
What you saw, heard, and felt shaped your core beliefs. You didn’t consciously choose most of them, but they became your truth.
These beliefs guide how you think, feel, and act—even when you’re trying to change.
Why Trying Harder Doesn’t Work
You can have the best plan, but if your subconscious isn’t on board, it’ll feel like you’re fighting yourself.
You don’t need more willpower—you need to work with your subconscious.
How I Broke Free (And You Can Too)
Here’s what helped me shift:
- Hypnotherapy – Rewires old patterns at the root.
- Visualization – Picture success until your brain believes it’s possible.
- Positive Self-Talk – Speak to yourself like someone worth believing in.
- Mindfulness & Beliefs
Notice negative thoughts or beliefs that make you feel stuck.
Choose a new, empowering beliefs that align with who you’re becoming, such as:
- “I am worthy of ________ because ________.”
- “I can make time for what matters.”
- “I am capable of making it happen because ________.”
Focus on gathering evidence that supports these new beliefs.
Celebrate the wins—even the small ones—that show you’re already shifting and succeeding.
The more you notice what’s working, the stronger your new path becomes.
Everything Changed for Me
Now that I work with my subconscious:
- I go to bed early and wake up early with clarity and energy.
- I eat clean and train like the athlete I am (with focus and determination).
- I make coffee at home and only drink two cups per day.
- I make choices that align with who I am now—not who I was on autopilot.
You Can Shift Too
When your subconscious is aligned with your goals:
- You finally achieve your goals!
- You discover who you really are and everything you’re capable of.
- You make things happen!
- Energy flows where it needs to.
- Life feels more aligned, clearer and easier.
